The Chats tab is a general-purpose assistant running on the Zevyn engine with a deliberately narrow tool profile: web search and fetch are on, the filesystem and Bash are denied. It's the place to think, research, and draft — with no risk of an edit landing on disk.
The Chats profile keeps WebSearch and WebFetch and removes the file and shell tools from the model's context entirely. The assistant can read the live web to answer you, but it cannot read or write your machine.
It isn't a separate chatbot — it's the Zevyn engine with a scratch working directory and a locked-down profile. Streaming responses, interrupt, and the same model controls you get everywhere else in Zevyn.
